Virsh pods and local storage pools

Hi all,

Looking through bugs I've noticed that there is a bug I filed

  https://bugs.launchpad.net/maas/+bug/1698767

that is a duplicate of a bug that we already marked as won't fix: 

  https://bugs.launchpad.net/maas/+bug/1690466

However, in my bug I recommend using heuristics to determine if the two
pools are the same (on top of what we can get from virsh itself), but
perhaps we don't care?

Though, it seems to be a common user configuration (I've pointed at one
snippet from a user reported bug), so I would argue it is not
misconfiguration of libvirt.
