[Maas-devel] 1.8 branch has been cut

I have just cut the 1.8 release branch in preparation for the 1.8 release.

It is available at:
lp:maas/1.8 (aka lp:~maas-maintainers/maas/1.8)

It was cut from trunk at r4001.
