[Maas-devel] Add tags management from web interface

Hi Adrian,

Thanks for your efforts and putting this patch together. Unfortunately,
MAAS 1.7 is in maintenance mode and we won't be doing any major Web UI
changes, specially those that are considered a new feature. Due to its
nature, we wont be able to make it part of MAAS 1.7. That being said,
however, MAAS 1.8 has a completely re-designed WebUI that will include Tag
Assignment. If you would like to contribute to this, I'd suggest check the
latest trunk to see the new UI changes and what would need to be done.
