tests, even if you don't want it too. That's so gratifying.

This is because of the multiple --where in the buildout config.

The latest one was only added to run tests inside the snippets dir, so I 
suggest we work around this by moving the tests dir somewhere inside the 
existing tree and symlink from where it was in the snippets.
