[Maas-devel] 1.5.4 bug fix release

I just released a minor bug fix on the 1.5 series. This will be the last 
planned release of this series as 1.6 is nearing completion.

A package is available in ppa:maas-maintainers/stable.

Changelog:
 - Package fails to install when the default route is through an      
aliased/tagged interface (LP: #1350235)
 - ERROR Nonce already used (LP: #1190986)
 - Add MAAS arm64/xgene support (LP: #1338851)
 - Add utopic support (LP: #1337437)
 - API documentation for nodegroup op=details missing parameter (LP: #1331982)

Known problems:
 - Deploying armhf/keystone using the Debian Installer fails because of a bug 
in netcfg.  Installation with Curtin is unaffected.  See
