I got a reply on IRC. The latest official maas release is in saucy, and
it's 1.4+bzr1693+dfsg-0ubuntu2.3, and it's also in the UCA for precise as
1.4+bzr1693+dfsg-0ubuntu2.2, so yes, I'm running the latest one.
