We're still having a problem installing the package in the lab apparently.

@Diogo: could you please have a look at that problem?  Looks like there 
is a problem with the test script on saucy (which leaves rsyslog 
unconfigured: http://paste.ubuntu.com/5682836/); the saucy package 
installs fine on a fresh saucy instance.
