[Maas-devel] Precise backports branch has been cut

This is lp:~maas-maintainers/maas/1.1 and I have fixed the daily recipe for 
precise builds to use it.  (The series name is 12.04-nocobbler so you can also 
refer to the branch as lp:maas/12.04-nocobbler)

The branch is intended for the backport of the "no cobbler" work into precise.  
Ongoing trunk work is targeted to 12.10.

Please remember to land new work appropriately on both branches.
