Hi folks

I've been looking into DHCP management and found a very nice Python API to 
control the ISC DHCP server [1], pypureomapi [2] (it's packaged in universe).

I had a little play on my local LAN and it appears to do the trick nicely; I 
can add and remove hosts on the fly if we want to assign them fixed IP 
addresses.

Daviey, does this look reasonable to you?  How often is a fixed IP address 
required?
