[Maas-devel] Consolidate websites?

I think there should be only one site - maas.ubuntu.com. The Server team
page was left as it had instructions for the old version of MAAS, but as
the update looms, both sets of relevant docs will be automatically
published to maas.ubuntu.com.
What we need to do is:
* Fix automating the doc publishing (which is currently broken)
* Link to both sets of docs on the page
* Migrate maas.ubuntu.com to a wordpress site a la Juju

I assume there is a theme for the Juju site that could easily be adapted.
