Done.

I also tidied up the teams a little, and now the following teams have
the same membership lists:

  ~launchpad-reviewers
  ~canonical-launchpad-reviewers
  ~canonical-launchpad-committers

The first two are Restricted, the last is Moderated.

(In case anyone notices, I've filed bug 1039502 about the incorrect
membership counts.)
