[Maas-devel] pxelinux.cfg for fallback to localboot

Howdy,

Yes chain.c32 works  better in most, if not all cases. This is why in
precise we dropped the usage of LOCALBOOT and started using chain.c32:

DEFAULT local
PROMPT 0
TIMEOUT 0
TOTALTIMEOUT 0
ONTIMEOUT local

LABEL local
        KERNEL chain.c32

The reson behind this is we found ourselves with various devices that
wouldn't localboot when trying to PXE boot in the labs.
