By unreliable I mean that different BIOSes do different things so the
correct parameter to use for LOCALBOOT is not consistent across
different BIOS vendors, whereas chain.c32 works better for this purpose.
That's my understanding, anyway. I hope that Daviey can elaborate, but I
know he's busy this week...
