    - Create var/run/peercast in command "start".
    - (Required-Start): Move $local_fs from Should-Start (E: lintian).
       Add $remote_fs because /usr is needed.
    - (Required-Stop): Move $local_fs from Should-Stop (E: lintian).
       Add $remote_fs because /usr is needed.
  * debian/peercast.postinst
    - Remove creation of /var/run/peercast (E: lintian).
