* Implement nbd-proxy for more stability

* Get rid of USPLASH=y
* Add two upstart jobs to force a reboot (avoid squashfs errors)

* Depend on pciutils and usbutils (as no longer in minimal)

* Drop dependency on openssh-client | ssh in ltsp-server
