mobile-application-service (0.9+ubuntu-0ubuntu1) lucid; urgency=low

  * Fix FTBFS by adding necessary headers to src/{main,ConnectionMgr,
    ProcessMgr}.cpp
  * Rerun autotools.
  * Drop .git directory.
  * Pack resulting tree for use as "upstream tarball". This converts
    package to non-native format.
  * debian/control:
    - version build-dependency on debhelper
    - drop build-dependency on automake1.9
    - bump Standards-Version to 3.8.3
  * Bump debhelper compatibility level to 7 and use rules.tiny for
    debian/rules. Among other things, this will generate binary package
    dependencies.
  * debian/copyright: update FSF address.
