difficulty opening Word documents which have been downloaded
as Gmail attachments. Using Firefox browser I choose "save"
to downloads, and when I go to "downloads" in Lubuntu I
can't open the doc. If I right-click it will say "open with
Firefox" and a web window opens with an unreadable (encoded)
document tree.<br>
