<div>It shows clearly that I have 8Mbps O_o</div><div>While my machine can't use all that, it is using only 1Mbps :/</div><div>I mean, whenever I need to download anything from any website, the max speed is 1Mbps while on my other machine, it is using all my 8Mbps.</div>
