<div dir="ltr"><div><div><div>Hi all,<br><br></div>Why is still R version 2.15.2 in the repositories? Today version 3.0.1 is available and I tried to download and install it from <a href="http://cran.rstudio.com/">http://cran.rstudio.com/</a> . However, I do not get the same functionality as with the similar version installed under Microsoft Windows, so I presently run R under Wine.<br>
<br></div><div>I also want to use R with Rstudio, but Rstudio does not run well under Wine. R studio has a true Debian Linux version, but presupposes a properly installed LInux version of R.<br></div><div><br></div>R versions 2.15.2 and 3.0.1 are really significantly different, and I hope Lubuntu is also meant for the scientific world.<br>
