Hi Micah,<div><br></div><div>as you will no doubt guess, I run the dev version of Chromium :) Can you let the guys know what the latest version that is installing with 'standard' update path, along with any thoughts of when[1] will be available. I assume that adding alex's PPA is no longer needed for standard updates and that 'work-around' can be removed from the lubuntu-wiki work-around section. Although I do note an outstanding issue with building for Raring, but these are for lubuntu-quality mailing list :)</div>
<div><br></div><div>Many thanks to you and Chad for taking this work on!</div><div><br></div><div>@Lars, if you don't mind 'living on the edge' the guy who was supplying us a stable & dev link still seems to be keeping the dev ppa going as Ubuntu take back over the -stable one and incorporate into standard updates with no extra PPA's needed :) Give me a ping / poke and I'll be happy to pass the details on.</div>

I barely know enough to be dangerous, but I wonder if you should be investigating a memory leak problem: Chromium not properly releasing no-longer-needed memory, therefore using additional memory with continued browsing, resulting in more hard drive swap.<div class="HOEnZb">

On the days I use Chromium all the time, swap usage creeps up all day<br>
until the machine spends its time thrashing. On days that I can avoid<br>
using Chromium at all, the swap usage stays at zero. What kind of data<br>
can I collect to verify this and report a bug?<br>
