the problem is its not new? huh? the new part is the business model built around it, not the idea of putting linux on older computers.<BR>

i think the problem is believing that making money by something that is also done as charity is wrong..<BR>

what is the difference then between let say volunteers at the hospital and nurses?<BR>

if we have volunteer caregivers why do we need nurses? because nurses are professional, and volunteers are generally not<BR>
<BR>
same goes for the linux advocacy installs, not to say no one there is a professional but many are probably not, <BR>
<BR>
So those looking for a professional to perform the install would gladly pay for the "nurse"<BR>
