Your tutorial seems to have a typo in it... the line
cd /home/corbin/.wine/drive_c/QUAKE/wine WINQUAKE.EXE -nolan
seems to be two lines mashed into one.
You might also use $HOME rather than /home/corbin, that way users don't have
to change it.
