The idea (at least, the original one) was suggest to create soft backgrounds, those that don't disturb with the daily use. The eye catches a million times more information from a photo than a texture. And there's the logo thing. One does not need to remember every second which distro is using. Those are for "fan creations" or such.<BR>

But the final choose is from the poll results, so don't care about this. Every pice submitted to the pool is considered. No matter what's its theme, except, of course, those offending, racist, symbolic, war-like, or similar things.<BR>
