I think it is in the ~/.config/pcmanfm-qt/default/settings.conf

perhaps the 'FolderViewCellMargins=@Size(3 3)' line, though I am not 
entirely sure

I am currently using 1.1.0 version, and some of those earlier bugs are 
no longer there...
