Yep, when I rebooted after this the grub menu showed, scrolled down to Lu,
dmesg showed up, the Lu splash showed up briefly . . . then back to the
dmesg where it "froze" . . . got into a tty and ran "-f install" and it
shows the "nvidia" driver issue, says it was "rebuilding" . . . seems to
run through some issues . . . and winds up with the same "nvidia 430"???
error . . . and the GUI doesn't load. I tried "advanced options" and into
"recovery" and "dpkg" . . . and that said, "fixed, please reboot" . . .
which I did . . . spent about an hour trying different stuff . . . none of
it seemed to get into the GUI . . . . Seems like the driver from nvidia
isn't working with any of the latest kernels . . . from 5.20 and 5.17 . . .
.
