[lubuntu-users] Installed with focal-fassa ISO but comes up 19.10

The 20.04 wallpaper competition has only just started
(https://discourse.lubuntu.me/t/focal-fossa-20-04-lts-wallpaper-competition/566)
and we're accepting entries, so we don't have a Lubuntu 20.04
wallpaper yet.

The wallpaper is usually changed very late in the cycle.
