[lubuntu-users] Random update notifier pop-ups in 20.04

Hi,

I've been getting random update notifier pop-ups in 20.04.  These 
notifications are annoying as I conscientiously upgrade and update my 
computer.  I upgraded to 20.04 manually.  I also have a script that 
searches for upgrades and updates regularly through crontab. I thought I 
cleaned every vestige of update notifier out of /etc/xdg/autostart.  Yet 
I still get this pop-up.

I just hope that this is not a security breach.  If so, firewall tips?
