The kernel is a core part of Ubuntu. All the flavors share it. That
said, this is really not a Lubuntu specific problem, but a problem of
all of the flavors and derivatives of Ubuntu. I say this because the
Lubuntu Team is relatively small and no one I know has such a device to
test with. You'll get more luck reaching out to the Ubuntu community as
a whole. Perhaps askubuntu.com?
