Hi Wilbert,

If you remove the other (internal) drives, the SSD will be the default 
target, and you can use the options

* Erase disk and install Ubuntu
     o Encrypt the new Lubuntu installation for security
     o Use LVM with the new Lubuntu installation

and get an encrypted SSD 'disk'.
