[lubuntu-users] "Power Off" Panel item

Hi,

These resets Lubuntu panel:

$ cp /usr/share/lxpanel/profile/Lubuntu/panels/panel
~/.config/lxpanel/Lubuntu/panels
$ lxpanelctl restart
