[lubuntu-users] Lubuntu Artful Aardvark Alpha 1 has been released!

Lubuntu Artful Aardvark Alpha 1 (soon to be 17.10) has been released!
Also in this release (in addition to the usual LXDE ISO) is an
experimental image with LXQt instead of LXDE.

For the LXDE edition, we have a couple papercuts listed in the release
notes[1], so please take a look there.

You can grab the Lubuntu images from here:
http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/lubuntu/releases/artful/alpha-1/

*We recommend that if you install Lubuntu Artful Aardvark Alpha 1, that
you download the LXDE edition rather than the experimental LXQt ISO. The
LXQt ISO will most likely break your system.*

If you would like to read the release notes for Lubuntu Next (the
*experimental* LXQt edition of Lubuntu), you can find them here[2]. The
release notes lists all of the known issues for the images.
