[lubuntu-users] lubuntu liveinstaller fails

Hi,

I'm trying to setup network install for my desktops and would like to use
http as opposed the usual nfsroot approach which I already have working but
is being cumbersome for a number of reason.

I have successfully migrated the installation of ubuntu-server to http and
using d-i live-installer/net-image in my preseed file, however this fails
for lubuntu.

I get dropped to an initramfs shell complaining that /root can't be found.
I'm guessing because the root squashfs file was coming from http something
went amiss with the setup, but can't figure out where exactly.

any idea?
