[lubuntu-users] Does a default Lubuntu dark theme exist?

Rafael was indeed working on it once upon a time. The notifications had a big visual bug, but Rafael did get nice panel icons working. You can manually change the panel colors (background and text) plus there are a variety of dark open box themes you can get even more from the web
http://openbox.org/wiki/Openbox:Themes
As long as the icon set you use supports a dark theme will work with your panel indicators.
