Hi Rafael,

Do you have a link to an english language review of the Italian
government's experience with open source?

Munich is in the news at the moment so it would be interesting to hear
the experiences of another attempt at open source and why it failed. Was
it political meddling (as is happening in Bavaria), or purely technical
concerns, or a bit of both?
