[lubuntu-users] dropping i386/PPC (was: Re:[lubuntu-devel] State of PPC)

1500 is 0700 in PST. Pacific Time oscillates between PST (UTC-8) and PDT
(UTC-7). UTC does suffer such changes. There is no such thing as UTC zones.
There are time zones, which are based on UTC, but UTC can only mean one
thing.
