[lubuntu-users] Lubuntu 15.10 screen tearing

So my pc (pentium 4) without a graphics card. Connected to a via monitor has been having problems and I don't know why.
The problem is the screen goes blank for a few seconds then comes back on with a bunch of horizontal line across the screen(it's like the worm glitch) this happens when I move my cursor or scroll down really fast.
