[lubuntu-users] Lubuntu 16.04.1 LTS has been released

lubuntu.net and lubuntu.org seem owned by Mario Behling (mb AT
mariobehling.de).
Is there some disagreement between he and Ubuntu communities that caused
the registration of lubuntu.me by Rafael Laguna?
