I'm sorry I can't understand the german layout... But you can test if scrot
is working ok by running *scrot *on lxterminal...

$ scrot

Maybe your sim slot is inside the battery slot.

Either i don't understand the keyboard layout or something else is wrong
with scrot

https://www.sparepartworld.com/largeimage/Keyboard-german-DE---white---Fujitsu-LifeBook-S760-Serie-pId-3198886.jpg?addText=1

this is fujitsu's layout

Looks to me like FN+Insert + Printscreen
I also tried CTRL+ALT+Insert ALT+insert Shift+Alt+Insert etc etc. none of
them trigger a printscreen. Also i cant seem to find where i can edit
keyboard shortcuts

I'll investigate the launchpad link, thanks i did a quick read and it looks
like it is fixed and broken again many times feels like there are two
differnt versions of this foxxcon thing.
what works for one breaks it for another? I'll dive into this after
this post. I hope i can figure it out.

3G! thats interesting. I havn't seen a sim slot yet..

Summarizing, you have a bluetooth not working and also scrollpad. To take
screenshots you don't need to use Fn key, print screen key only does the
trick, all you need is to check if an image was created on user's folder...

This is a 3G moden

This is a Bluetooth device. About this see:
