[lubuntu-users] the keyboard setting is changed (and did not 'survive')

Hi,

Testing Lubuntu Xenial beta1 desktop i386:

Installing Lubuntu in a laptop with the battery unplugged worked, but
the locale and keyboard setting is changed (and the keyboard setting did
not 'survive'). Should the keyboard settings problem be reported as a
new bug?

Please try a non-English language and look for this new behaviour/bug :-)
