[lubuntu-users] Lubuntu PPC 16.04 Clamav is outdated

I'm pretty sure that's not what I said. To summarize, tools are in place to
ensure all packages upstream in Debian are updated, but this one doesn't
seem to behaving. It requires further investigation.
