[lubuntu-users] cups not built-in ?

My checking results with Live media:
lubuntu-15.10-desktop-i386.iso	CUPS working
lubuntu-16.04-desktop-i386.iso	No CUPS present
lubuntu-16.04.1-desktop-i386.iso	No CUPS present

And for my surprise, lubuntu-15.10-alternate-i386.iso fits into a 700M
CD, but not any lubuntu-16.04-alternate-*.iso
