[lubuntu-users] Unable to install programs on synaptic

13.10 is unsupported for a Long time. It is time to upgrade.

I am on lubuntu 13.10 which is not a lts .

I can not install anything. I see the following error.

"In synaptic: E: typo3-dummy: subprocess installed post-installation
script returned error exit status 1
E: typo3: dependency problems - leaving unconfigured

and in the details:

followup error from a previous failure.
