Fn key to adjust brightness no long working in my Lubuntu

Try to change it using commands, like those shown here:
http://askubuntu.com/questions/149054/how-to-change-lcd-brightness-from-command-line-or-via-script

This way you might be able to figure out if is a shortcut problem or
another problem...
