replacing the Startup Disk Creator in Lubuntu 16.04 LTS

Hello Andre,

I made a modified system based on your multiboot system to add a module
to create persistent live drives with mkusb. Have you tried the bleeding
edge version of mkusb from phillw.net or the unstable ppa?

https://help.ubuntu.com/community/mkusb/gui

There is a discussion at the Ubuntu Quality mailing list too, where we
are discussing modifying/simplifying the Startup Disk Creator to clone
the iso file (which is doing what mkusb is doing as its standard
method). And in a second step a module to create persistent live drives
can be added. That's where you method would be a very good alternative
(or maybe mine, as a modified version of yours).

Such a solution would solve the problems of languages and such issues:
use what is already there in the Startup Disk Creator :-)

Best regards
Nio
