how to upgrade to latest release?

Hi guys, When I type this in terminal,

lsb_release -a

I see:

Lubuntu 14.04.2 LTS
<https://www.facebook.com/ads/manager/?level=ad_set&initial=6023818361125&selected=6023818361125>

Is there a way to upgrade to the latest version (Wily)?

Also, if I run sudo apt-get update and I get something like this:

W: Failed to fetch
http://ppa.launchpad.net/langdalepl/gvfs-mtp/ubuntu/dists/trusty/main/binary-i386/Packages
404  Not Found

....what should I do with it?
