Other in Menu

I've noticed in both a fresh 15.04 install and an upgrade from 14.10 that XTerm and UXTerm have been placed in a menu category I haven't seen before called "Other." I've easily moved these by changing their shortcuts, but my own custom menu category/ies no longer appear - they are now lumped into "Other" as well and I've not yet been able to figure out how to correct this. Anyone know what changed?
