new bug 1429531: users-admin cannot create a new user

Hi,

I found what I think is a new bug in Lubuntu Vivid 64-bit (installed via
the alternate installer).

1429531: users-admin cannot create a new user. Nothing happens when I
click on '+ Add user'

It works with the CLI tool
sudo adduser newuser

I'm not sure if it is reported against the correct package. Maybe it is
a Lubuntu problem, related to the problem that Lubuntu Software Center
and Synaptic do not start from the menu
