Fwd: Keyboard shortcuts (CTRL+C CTRL+V) don't work when keyboard is set to Hebrew

Keyboard Input Methods in the Preferences menu. Or just run
`ibus-setup` from the command line. Or you can use the "Run" option in
the menu. Or you can use the Alt-F2 shortcut for that Run option.
