je ne parle francais, je suis tres desole...

try to update:
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade

set all the right permissions:
sudo usermod -a -G adm,audio,cdrom,plugdev,sudo,users $USER

otherwise you may need a polkit rule as a temporary workaround...

[Dbus]
Identity=unix-group:users
Action=org.freedesktop.dbus.*
ResultAny=yes

save to:
etc/polkit-1/localauthority/50-local.d/dbus.pkla
