new and simplified Ubuntu Startup Disk Creator

Hi Lubuntu users,

The version of the Ubuntu Startup Disk Creator by Marc Deslauriers has
reached the xenial daily isos now. The idea is to make a version that is
very reliable by using the cloning method, and it seems to work well for
the desktop iso files and also Ubuntu Server. I have tested it in and
with Lubuntu Xenial desktop i386.

But it cannot clone the Ubuntu mini.iso. See this bug report:

There is probably some kind of logic, that checks if the source file is
the correct kind of file, and this logic should accept also Ubuntu mini.iso.
